gambling....
i started sunday with 110... ended up with 69.
how... first i played over 70 games....which was no no .... brain stopped working
...higher stakes 110 to 100 in 2 stupid games out of my bankroll
than 2 dolar hu..again out of 1 dolar bankroll.
when i was 100 i said i would play 5 games that was the rule..

i played 20 and become to 90 dolars got mad
and stepped in a cash headsup game where i lost 20 dolars first hand a7 draw to flush...
of courcese i was drawing...
20 dolar gone....cash game....not thinking!!!!!!
there will always be bad beats.... but the guy showed me a fullboat.
- 2 dolar game... lost
last one dolar game....won...they i self excluded myself.
i decided one major rule...i self exclude myself after 20 games... 20 quality games a day than i am done.even i lose.
ı felt like a stupid gambler...out of his bankroll so dumb when i lost 20 dolars in one hand son bad ....... still issues...how can i not think and play in that game.....after 20 games brain stops working.
self exsclude yourself after 20 games no matter what....so u feel better.it is like going out and having lunch.after 20 games i lose the quality of the game....iget some bad beats...and go upset and tilt and steem of the money.

be carefull at lower stakes HU u win by reading your opponent and know when they make a mistake and exploit it to the MAX.But sometimes it does not work out.

they all say the same thing , they might be seeing something what i am missing.
ı gave up being ignorant and play the way they tell me.after 500 games i will decide.

at 10 i play fast to cathc nuts....no slow playing
than turn back into a aggresive aggresive monster...
the good thing is u get the opputinity to play aggresive wişth more chips.
in the first round push all in with big pers..88 and higer.
this is not aggresive aggresive...u are calling...and he is trapping
if your raise is not scary it is a passive raise..not an aggresive one.
