Play 2 dolars game.
Play with %5 percent of bankroll
When played bad goto heads up tournament and analyse your game.
Play cash game in a 9 handed game where they dont expect u coming.
Mark other players, dont play the same person twice.
Sitout when the third player comes.
if left brain makes mistakes do not play for one hour.
Do not use SCARE money on heads up.it is the worst enemy in heads up.
Became a headsup specialist.
if u get excited stop your play.
if u are looking for action QUIT.


Rememer everything is over when u got no bankroll.
The wrong moves are much more important than the right ones.
